Cut from lightweight 100% linen, the fabric is breathable, absorbent, and built for summer wear, with a crisp, dry hand that softens over time. The base is indigo dyed, then hand screen-printed using a discharge technique; removing and reapplying colour to create the dynamic "Hyaku Tora" pattern. This process introduces natural irregularities in tone and saturation, giving each shirt a slightly unique finish. The open collar design keeps things relaxed, while precise pattern matching across the chest pockets ensures the graphic flows uninterrupted—a detail that defines the level of craftsmanship here.
