Returns & Refunds
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Before sending anything back, please email us at info@pinkomo.fi.
We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label.
Using our label ensures your return reaches us safely and avoids any customs complications. Please note: The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once the item has been received and approved.
Condition of Returns
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
Shoes: Please place the shoebox inside another protective parcel. Do not use the shoebox as outer packaging.
Returns sent without prior approval or without our return label will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Please note: The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once the item has been received and approved.
Also, if an order is not collected and is returned to us, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@pinkomo.fi
and we will reserve the new item for you, subject to availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

- Including photos helps us resolve the issue quickly.
- If confirmed, we will either:
- Offer a replacement (if available), or
- Provide a full refund including return shipping.

We don’t accept any returns made after 14 days of when you’ve received your order. When the return is accepted and processed, the money will be refunded back to you.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT
If for some reason, your package is damaged during the transition, or for some reason, you receive the wrong product, you must immediately inform us: info@pinkomo.fi. Note that you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product. If you don’t inform us within 14 days, you will have to keep the item.
If for some reason your package is damaged during the transition, you must immediately inform and file a complaint to the delivery company.
OTHER
We have the right to change our terms. The customer has to read and accept the terms with every order.We receive the right to adjust the delivery, and product rates.
