SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Free shipping to Finland on orders over 160€.
Free Shipping to Nordics on orders over 220€.
Free Shipping to EU Countries on orders over 260€
Free shipping to the rest of the world on orders over 420€


Delivery times are estimates:
• Nordic countries 2–5 working days
• Rest of Europe 3–7 working days
• Rest of the world 6–14 working days


Orders Outside of EU Countries
Outside the European Union countries, prices are shown on the website without VAT 25.5% (Value Added Tax).

If you order outside EU (for example to the USA), you might have to pay extra taxes, toll fees and other possible fees that your country’s law dictates when your order arrives. We are not responsible for any of those fees.


Local pickup from our store:
If you choose to pick up your order from our store, you need to do so within 7 days when we’ve received your order.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to be picked up at our store.

If you are not able to pick up your order from our store within 7 days,
your order will be canceled, refund, and you’ll be notified.

We try our best to ship your order on the next working day. However, on some occasions, shipping is made within 2-4 workdays. When you order, you pledge to the delivery terms. By the Finnish law requirements, you have the right to return the product within 14 days when you’ve received your order if you for any reason are dissatisfied or wish to file a complaint.

All returns must be made within 14 days after receiving the product. You must contact the store before making a return. (custom orders / special orders can not be returned).

We don’t accept any returns made after 14 days of when you’ve received your order. When the return is accepted and processed, the money will be refunded back to you.


IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT

If for some reason, your package is damaged during the transition, or for some reason, you receive the wrong product, you must immediately inform us: info@pinkomo.fi. Note that you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product. If you don’t inform us within 14 days, you will have to keep the item.

If for some reason your package is damaged during the transition, you must immediately inform and file a complaint to the delivery company.


OTHER

We have the right to change our terms. The customer has to read and accept the terms with every order.We receive the right to adjust the delivery, and product rates.
