Delivery times are estimates:
• Nordic countries 2–5 working days
• Rest of Europe 3–7 working days
• Rest of the world 6–14 working days

Orders Outside of EU Countries
Outside the European Union countries, prices are shown on the website without VAT 25.5% (Value Added Tax).

Please Notice: If you order outside EU (for example to the USA), you might have to pay extra taxes, toll fees and other possible fees that your country’s law dictates when your order arrives. We are not responsible for any of those fees.

Local pickup from our store:
If you choose to pick up your order from our store, you need to do so within 7 days when we’ve received your order.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to be picked up at our store.

If you are not able to pick up your order from our store within 7 days,
your order will be canceled, refund, and you’ll be notified.

ORDERING

When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order, including prices and other info on the products you ordered. We reserve the right to not deliver in case of incorrect stock level, and for any typographical errors on the site.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT

If for some reason, your package is damaged during the transition, or for some reason, you receive the wrong product, you must immediately inform us: info@pinkomo.fi. Note that you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product. If you don’t inform us within 14 days, you will have to keep the item.

If for some reason your package is damaged during the transition, you must immediately inform and file a complaint to the shipping company.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We will aim to ensure that our website is always available and that the stock levels and information provided is correct.  We cannot be held accountable for any downtime that may occur and we cannot guarantee product availability.  

In the event that your ordered item/s are not in stock you will be notified by email. If we do not receive a response from you within one week from the date of the email we will cancel the missing item from your order and either ship the remainder of your order or cancel your order and issue a full refund.  

We reserve the right to not deliver in case of incorrect stock level, and for any typographical errors on the site.

PRICES & DISCOUNT CODES

Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.   

From time to time we may run promotional discount codes. These promotional codes are subject to change and availability. They cannot be extended and cannot be retrospectively applied to an order placed outside of the specified discount time.  Only one discount code can be used per order.

COLOUR VARIATION

Whilst every care is taken to ensure our product images are a true representation of the item for sale we cannot guarantee that the colour will match perfectly.  This is due to unlimited variations in monitor set-ups.

OTHER

We have the right to change our terms. The customer has to read and accept the terms with every order. 

We receive the right to adjust the delivery, and product rates.
