Founded in 1998 by the Yanagi family in Osaka, Y'2 Leather is the hidden master of Japanese hidecraft. Originally a powerhouse manufacturer for other premium labels, the brand focuses on raw material supremacy and artisanal transparency. Their signature is the "Eco-Horse" and "Persimmon-dyed" leathers—thick, tea-core hides that are stiff at first but break in with an incredible, high-contrast patina. Everything is Made in Japan in their own family-run workshop, utilizing hides from the world-renowned Shinki Hikaku tannery.
