Style:
A denim jacket reconstructed by SOC based on 1950s denim jackets. It recreates classic denim jacket designs with unique interpretations, such as pleated stitching done in a single stroke and flap pockets on both sides. The side pattern intentionally includes gussets, and the back stitching and pocket stitching incorporate side adjusters, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship. Key areas use narrow rolled seams for a clean finish, positioning this as SOC's second type of denim jacket.
Fabric:
A custom-produced 12 oz. selvedge denim made with long staple U.S. cotton giving the fabric a dry texture. Woven on shuttle looms, it gives the fabric the distinctive character very similar to vintage denim. (Made by Nihon Menpu Mills)
